You can get a conversion policy.  Make sure you don&#039;t lapse your coverage for more than 63 days.  Florida Health Insurance Web helped me when I was in a similar situation.</description>

		<description>What does one do if the company they worked for automatically shuts down on a Monday morning the second day of the new month, without prior warning and your health insurance was covered only until the 31 day of the previous month...........and you are now without health insurance.... and now I cannot find any affordable health insurance.... let alone ANY insurance at all because I have a pre-existing condition. AND I live alone AND I&#039;m petrified if I become ill.... what does one do in that case????</description>
