And when they cannot get it right they don't cancel the program, they just mint more $'s or take even more from us. No wonder we can't pay for health insurance! There is plenty of money in the pork barrel! Empty it out back into our pockets. That would be change. There are enough problems as it is with Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security and most of the problems lead back to lack of approporiate means to run the different programs properly.
