		<description>Yeah, I&#039;m not sure if our Florida goverment really knows what is going on with healthcare in our state.  They should probably take a closer look at states like Massachusetts, Maine, those guaratee issue states that cover all of their residents.  Why do you think Florida is so different?  Will an Obama as president help that?</description>

		<description>It is obviously a failure if the intent was to insure low income people and cover pre-existing conditions.  Low income people with conditions that are exlcuded defeats the purpose of helping those people that can barely survive in the first place.</description>
