According to the latest health insurance report on John McCain, “the McCain proposal, would replace an income tax break for employees who currently receive health insurance from employers with a new refundable tax credit.”

That could be as much as $2,500 for individuals and $5,000 for families for the purchase of private coverage, but a Jacksonville health insurance broker, said, “McCain’s plan will not change incentives for employers at all, the end result - more people without insurance coverage. McCain’s plan will encourage a significant number of employers to drop health insurance coverage all together because this would no longer be such a big benefit for their employees.”

    I didn’t realize health insurance was so tuff to get. Insurance gives me a headache. Its so hard to sift through. When you have a policy like mine you would understand. Bought it from a captive agent…bad idea that was..
