It must be tough raising 4 kids, three girls and a boy, isn’t always easy for Jacksonville mom, Jackie Boyd. Life is busy, but things got a little more difficult recently when her ex-husband suddenly passed away. How do they find affordable health insurance in Jacksonville?

The state of Florida is doing the right thing here. I think many need understand what is available to them in Florida. Better marketing would be my suggestion.

Any responsible parent would purchase a life insurance policy to cover the unexpected. I know people think life insurance is super expensive but the fact of the matter is that most people have the ability to purchase some life insurance (some is better than nothing at all) at a fairly low cost.

I agree with Anne. Employers are not obliged to provide life insurance which for term coverage is fairly inexpensive. Healthy Kids came to the rescue but mom needs some kind of coverage, both health and life.
