Both parties will come to an 11th hour agreement -they have to. UnitedHealthcare has a very large market share in Lee as they have too much to lose. LMHS's posturing is nothing new. As a near monopoly, they have had multiple run-ins with the FTC with regards to antitrust laws. LMHS and Humana have butted heads for over a decade at contract renewal time, that has always resulted in compromises -yet resolutions.

When they do make an agreement, it certainly won't be headline news. Good news isn't news, especially to the derelicts running the News-Press.

No worries folks. UnitedHealthcare is a top carrier nationwide and in Lee
