West Palm Beach Florida Health Insurance

WEST PALM BEACH, FL — Health insurance is a big blank for many in communities within West Palm and the surrounding cities. Many community and business leaders are making sure parents understand that your kids may be eligible for low-cost health insurance or free health care.

Hundreds of parents and kids showed up for the Florida Kidcare Back-to-School Enrollment Fair, in West Palm Beach Sunday afternoon.

This program is giving students free school supplies, event organizers were on-hand to help them enroll for insurance coverage.

That’s good that people are aware of the program. It seems all to often there are programs out there and people don’t know to take advantage of them.

I agree with Bonnie, its good that people know about the program. The education is great, its the plan that has flaws.

I don’t think everyone really knows that Florida Kidcare exists. Why doesn’t Florida do a better job informing their residents?

Good for West Palm!!! Wonder what the ad budget is for Healthy Kids. Common Governor. Use the bully pulpit.

A lot of those kids and parents might have been there just to re-sign up for KidCare if their dependents got dumped from the Florida health insurance program a while back. It made some news rather recently - Their archaic subscription management software just got rid of thousands of kids from the program instead of trying to renew them…
